TfL has identified an important opportunity for TfL and industry Partners to work together and support the development of new products, technologies, and initiatives that can address some of the key issues facing freight and servicing in London. That’s why we’ve developed London FreightLab - an innovation challenge which asks Innovators to think creatively about ways spaces in Greater London could be used to reduce the adverse impacts of vital freight and servicing activity – impacts such as increased congestion, greater impact on vulnerable road users and reduced air quality. Your Tender must comprise the following elements and be submitted in Word document and PDF format: • Capability Assessment – Responses to Part 1 of Appendix A of this ITT (to be completed in Appendix G) • Quality Assessment – Responses to Part 2 of Appendix A of this ITT (to be completed in Appendix G) • Conflict of Interest Declaration (Appendix C ) • Form of Tender (Appendix D) • Non-Collusion Declaration (Appendix E) • Reserved Information (Appendix F) All appendices can be downloaded from ProContract.
