SEE ATTACHED INVITE TO SUPPLIER OPEN EVENT ON 17TH JANUARY 2020 The general scope of the Main Works Contract will cover Demolition (Bowls Club - a prefabricated building and associated hard surfaces); Ground Works (grading of land to form new levels and foundations and installation of drainage and services); Construction of a new building (Café); Refurbishment of two existing buildings (Community Pavilion – strip out modern toilets, reconfigure, build extension and The Bothy – strip out, break through openings, refit and create hard surface external yard); Play and Sport (an extensive new play area and refurbishment of existing tennis courts); and Landscaping (extensive hard and soft landscaping within a public park environme Keywords: Public Spaces, Works , Parks
