Refurbishment Works to Void Properties

Tender description

Gentoo Group are in the process of preparing Tender documents to procure a framework of approximately six Contractors to deliver refurbishment works to its existing void properties as well as refurbishments to newly acquired properties to bring all properties up to a lettable standard. All properties are located within the boundaries of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington, Tyne and Wear. The scope of works within each property will vary dependent upon its current condition but multi-trades will be required.
