Refurbishment Works to Void Properties

Gentoo are in the process of preparing Tender documents to procure a framework of approximately six Contractors to deliver refurbishment works to its existing void properties as well as refurbishments to newly acquired properties to bring all properties up to a lettable standard. The scope of works within each property will vary dependent upon its current condition but multi-trades will be required.
