Tender description
Mid Sussex District Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to for works to the St John's Pavilion Cricket Club Changing Rooms. The nature of the contract is the refurbishment of the existing pavilion changing rooms and the conversion of the attic space into usable area. This comprises the refurbishment and modernization of the St John's Pavilion Cricket Club changing rooms, alterations to the existing drainage layout and external works. The Provisional start Date is Monday 23rd March 2020 concluding on Friday the Friday 29th May 2020.
