REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OPPORTUNITY Refurbishment and Alterations at 216-220 High Street, Sutton The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Refurbishment and Alterations at 216-220 High Street, Sutton, a three story vacant building. The work consists of refurbishment for a cafe/bar/music venue, including new toilets. On the first and second floor work will include refurbishment of offices including new kitchenettes and toilet. For the purposes of this project London Borough of Sutton is keen to employ locally based SMEs. Please refer to question 5.6 in the evaluation template before you commence your tender preparation. The contract will be for a maximum period of 8 weeks commencing on 16 March at the discretion of the Council. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal. Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory, partnerships, social enterprises, consortiums, mutuals and private sector organisations. This list is not exhaustive and encourage a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost nor any quotation, and reserves the right to accept all or part of your bid. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted. Deadline for submission of a completed Quotation Questionnaire is Monday 17 February 2020 at noon.
