Portal Contract Reference: DN430174 Internal Contract Reference: P5599 Contract Title: Reconfiguration and Refurbishment of 401 Mile End Road Expressions of interest start date: 16/08/2019 Return of tenders/bids end date: 16 September 2019 Initial Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Extensions: 0 Estimated Contract Value (including extensions): £800,000 Description: Refurbishment and conversion of existing office building into 16 self-contained flats for use as temporary housing. The building has been unoccupied for some time and will require a complete strip out and refit to allow conversion. Works will include reconfiguration and relocation of all internal mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage installations. Additional Information: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods. Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire. Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract and that this contact is updated as and when required.
