Tender description
The NHS as lead client- with support from Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC)- is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional building contractor to adapt/convert a vacant first floor office space (approximately 1170 m2) into a facility to provide clinical services . The works will need to be undertaken to NBS and current building regulation standards. The building contract to be used will be the JCT Intermediate form without Quantities. The tenderer will need to submit a lump sum fixed price.
