Tender description

This is a collaborative procurement to appoint a Supplier to develop and deliver a Leadership and Management programme for staff from across the Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies sector led by Qualifications Wales (QW) on behalf of the Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies (WGSBs)in Wales. QW wishes to award a Framework Agreement that may be used by the bodies listed in section 7 of the ITT (list of participating bodies). The Agreement will be managed by a core panel of HR professionals (“the Core Panel”) from Qualifications Wales, Higher Education Funding Council for Wales, Social Care Wales and Sport Wales on behalf of the wider sector. The organisations comprising the Core Panel may enter into individual contracts with the Supplier for the Services. Whilst the Contract shall be between the Supplier and the relevant Sponsored Bodies (Core Panel) the Supplier shall also, on request by any of the relevant Sponsored Bodies, provide the Services to a third party public body, mainly other Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies, on an ad-hoc basis.
