Joinery Contractor Framework

Tender description

Framework for day rate joinery related maintenance services to cover smaller value reactive and planned repairs. There is also scope to include larger planned works up to a maximum of 50,000 GBP. The structure of the framework will be a multi-contractor arrangement with three companies. - For reactive works under 7K GBP, a job will be allocated to the first ranked contactor. For any reason the first ranked contractor is not able to undertake the work, the job will be offered to rank 2 and so on. - For planned works of values 7K - 50K GBP, all three contractors will be requested to submit a quotation on an equal basis, with the best value quotation selected for that particular job. Framework for reactive and planned joinery related building repairs and maintenance on a day rate basis. The contract value stated is based on a framework duration (including all extensions)of 5 years totalling 4m GBP based on an average indicative spend of 890 GBP p/a.
