New Classroom and Dining Room Extension at Cleland Primary School, Motherwell

Provision of a single classroom extension with the addition of a dining area within the main school building at Cleland Primary School, Motherwell. The works generally comprise the alteration and extension of existing dining annex building and include; internal and external downtakings, structural alterations, fabric repairs to existing roof including replacement of rainwater goods, construction of a new single storey timber framed classroom and toilet facility extension block. New internal finishes, decoration and M&E installations throughout both the existing annex building and the new extension. Externally a new access ramp along with deck and steps will be constructed as well as a timber fence and gate.
