Tender description

Works will comprise of the supply and installation of smoke and heat detection equipment. The extent of works within each property will be decided when the contractor first attends to carry out the work. The Association does not intend for the successful contractor to carry out a pre-installation survey. The expectation is that the works are completed in a single visit. Contractors are therefore required to have sufficient stock on a daily bases to complete all the works programmed for that day. The upgrading of fire detection equipment within Association owned properties requires to be completed no later than February 2021 to allow the Association to comply with the recently updated legislation.
