Castle Rock Edinvar own or manage 6000 homes and work with over 8000 customers. Based in Craigmillar, one of Edinburgh's main urban regeneration areas. Castle Rock Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced principal contractors in order to implement a Roofing and Structural(Primarily Rendering) Planned Maintenance Programme and carry out Repairs as required via a Framework Agreement and associated call off SBCC Minor Works with amendments contract. The Framework Agreement duration is three years with a possible extension of a further two years for works in Edinburgh North & East, Midlothian and East Lothian, Edinburgh South & West, West & Stirling and Factored sites.
