Tender description

SE is seeking to appoint a single supplier to a framework agreement to deliver an International eTrade programme to businesses to be delivered across Scotland. This agreement will be in place from June 2020 for a period of 2 years to May 2022 with an option to extend by up to 24 months to May 2024. The programme will comprise of one to one support and workshops. The content should also be delivered by webinars and content adapted to be suitable for this format. We estimate that the number of workshops delivered per year would be between 25 to 35 half-day workshops, however this is advisory and would be subject to demand from Scottish companies. It is anticipated that the framework will commence early June 2020. It is anticipated that initially the workshops will be on existing themes as outlined in the ITT and as the framework progresses there will be the need for new theme workshops to be developed.
