Force Control room refurbishment

Tender description

The internal refurbishment of the Force Control room, kitchenette, Rest Rooms and ancillary meeting rooms. The works will include the refurbishment of the following rooms: Force Control Room and ancillary meeting rooms / kitchenette Support Office SMT Room Refreshment Room / Kitchen Contemplation Room The works will include remodelling the existing layouts, with new flooring, ceilings, doors and decoration throughout. The works will also include alteration and renewal of M&E including heating and lighting. The approximate combined GIA of the work areas is 1325m².
