High Peak Borough Council wish to invite competitive tenders from suitable Contractors for a programme of Cladding works to Council properties at Gamesley Glossop Derbyshire. Works include removal of existing timber cladding, fascia, soffits and all guttering. Remove existing timber frames. Erect Scaffold and Renew timber frame with treated timber and renew cladding, fascia, soffits and guttering in white UPVC including all fixings and finishes.
