Tender description

Hull City Council (the authority) invited interested and qualified Service Providers to submit a quotation for the National Picture Theatre – Quantity Surveyor Services required for the development and delivery of a second round National Lottery Heritage Fund bid for Hull’s National Picture Theatre, 148 Beverley Road in Hull. The Authority has appointed a specialist Design Consultancy Service to provide specialist design consultancy services to assist our project team in developing and delivering the second round bid. Consequently, the Authority wishes to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to assess the proposed works and costs to ensure accuracy and value for money. The Authority proposes to enter into a Contract for a period of 21.5 months (in total) with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider). This contract will not be subject to any extensions. The anticipated service commencement date is WC 15 June 2020 ending 30 September 2020 and re engaged from January 2021 ending 30 May 2021. Awarded to Ridge & Partners LLP. Keywords: Quanntity Surveyor
