West Suffolk Council is seeking quotations for the provision of the external fabric upgrade at vacant industrial unit 1 Highbury Road, Brandon, IP27 OND. The works to include replacement of existing built up double skin asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, gutters, downpipes and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights and valley and eaves gutter systems. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site. Installation of single skin cladding to elevations at eaves and gable ends and insulated composite panel cladding to centre of elevations at gable ends. Replacement of 2 No. windows and 1 No. fire escape door and alterations to existing rainwater drainage system.
