Beyond Housing currently own and manage a significant number of properties across the Church Lane North Housing Estate in Eston. A planning application (reference R/2019/0403/FFM) for the overall site regeneration, demolition and outline development of 33 residential dwellings was validated on 12 July 2019. A full planning application for the New Build aspect of the project is to be submitted shortly. All suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of Procurement Hub's Development Contractors DPS — (‘OJEU’) reference number 2019/S 111-270743.
