Tender description

Southwark has committed to establish a “Southwark Construction Company” (SCC), through the formation of a Joint Venture (JV), as a Corporate JV, to deliver the full range of construction solutions in delivering the Council’s “New Homes Programme”. This is a soft market testing exercise to invite companies to work with us on developing our approach to a future JV. Please indicate your interest in the project.
