This lot will deliver works whereby the client has appointed an architect who will lead these projects and take responsibility for the design throughout works. The framework is for new installation, repair, replacement, adaptation and improvement of properties, blocks and commercial units. This may include but is not limited to the structure, external envelope, any internal and external areas and components including any mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems. The constructor will either undertake works as a design and build or the design responsibility will be novated from an Architect.
