Tender description
The Council provides various types of language support for Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-blind people. We mainly provide British Sign Language (BSL) for sign language users, we also provide Lip Speakers for non BSL users that rely on lip reading. We also offer support in the way of deaf-blind Communication too if required. In addition we have access to electronic note takers and Palantypist (Speech to Text Reporters [STTR]) if requested. This Dynamic Purchasing System will be for 24 months with two options to extend, each of 12 months, and will remain open throughout that time. Keywords: Sign language, Lip speaker
