ITT Purchase of Conche /refiner

Tender description

Buttermilk Confections are producers of fudge, turkish delight, marzipan, and peanut brittle. Using the finest ingredients, including Cornish clotted cream, the confections are made following traditional recipes with open copper pans over direct heat. We are looking to invest in a new chocolate production line and this procurement exercise relates to this investment. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. Additional information: We have published four separate tenders; BIGTP029 - ITT purchase of ancillary kitchen equipment, BIGTP029_2 - ITT purchase of a conche /refiner, BIGTP029_4 - ITT purchase of a chocolate depositing line, BIGTP029_3 - ITT purchase of chocolate temperer. These separate machinery investments will work together forming a single production line. We would welcome tender responses for any of these elements from the same supplier but this would require them responding to each tender separately.
