2021 NON-DOMESTIC RATING REVALUATION APPOINTMENT OF RATING CONSULTANTS FOR NHS WALES

Tender description

NWSSP on behalf of all NHS organisations in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Professional Services (in the case of lots 1&2 Chartered Surveyor professional services) to support the 2021 Non-domestic Rating Revaluation. A consultant is required to establish full rating assessment details for each Health Board and/or Trust property and undertake a rating survey of each site and manage the whole appeals process on behalf of these organisations Lot 1: The acute, secondary and ancillary NHS Wales estate NWSSP on behalf of all NHS organisations in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Chartered Surveyor Professional Services to support the 2021 Non-domestic Rating Revaluation. A consultant is required to establish full rating assessment details for each Health Board and GP surgery properties. Undertake a rating survey of each site and manage the whole appeals process on behalf of these organisations for NHS primary care and GP surgery estate in Wales. A consultant is required to forensically audit the compilation and alteration of the 2021 and historic rating list/s to identify whether billing authorities have calculated rates demands correctly and identify whether rates liability can be reduced without the need for formal appeals against rateable values.
