Tender description

The Council wishes procure the provision of interpreting, translation, transcription and easy read services across the borough and out of Borough where required. This provision will include the following: spoken languages: face to face interpreting in spoken community languages; telephone interpreting in spoken community languages and translation communication professionals working with deaf and deafblind people (CP): British Sign Language/English face to face interpreting; British Sign Language/English remote interpreting; deafblind interpretation; lipspeaking; notetaking (electronic and manual); sign language translator; sign supported English and speech to text reporting transcription: braille; moon and audio easy read. The Council is looking to appoint one supplier for this contract. The provision of interpreting, translation, transcription and easy read services across the borough and out of Borough where required.
