Tender description

This is a market information exercise. Hampshire County Council is carrying out an open tender process to procure the supply of Hampshire’s Wheels to Work Loan Scheme. The contract will commence on 1 April 2021 for a period of 2 years initially with the option to extend for a further 4 years, in annual increments, subject to the availability of funding from funding partners. The contract is for the provision of a wheels to work loan scheme which is predominantly for young people in four Hampshire districts. The current scheme uses petrol mopeds and during the course of this contract there will be a move towards using electric mopeds where appropriate. This exercise is to inform the market of a potential future procurement. Any future tender process will require further registration and appropriate assessment.
