Construction work for school buildings

Tender description

The construction of the new 3-school campus, on an 8.6 ha site, with 3 school buildings Gaelcholáiste 5 680 m2, Gaelscoil 3 748 m2 and Sonas Junior Primary School 2 285 m2, with ball courts, carparking, roadworks and associated site development works. The construction of the new 3- school, 8.6 ha, Carrigaline Education Campus, comprising (i) a 2-storey, split-level Gaelcholáiste (5 680 m2) for 500 pupils, including learning, administration and ancillary spaces, a physical education hall and outdoor ball courts; (ii) a 24 classroom, 2-storey, split level school (3 748 m2), to accommodate the Gaelscoil, including learning, administration and ancillary spaces, a general purpose hall and outdoor ball courts; (iii) a new single-storey school (2 285 m2), for the Sonas Special Junior Primary School including learning, administration and ancillary spaces, a general purpose hall and outdoor ball court and play areas; 2 new site entrances, carparking and set-down spaces, roadworks, landscaping, signage, fencing and associated site development works.
