Service Design - Private Rented Sector Housing

Provision of an independent review and challenge to how services are currently designed and being delivered within the Private Rented Sector Housing (PRSH) service Engagement with users of the PRSH services, including (but not limited to) tenants, landlords, and staff with a view to: a) Understand user needs b) Improve service delivery c) Make the most of existing technology d) Identify and recommend areas for improvement, to enable the Council to potentially develop and deploy improved processes and technologies Within the work package the Contractor will take the lead role for the service design activities and will ensure knowledge and skills are transferred to existing staff assigned to the work package.
