Responsive Repairs and Maintenance - Market Engagement

Moat currently has a contractual arrangement for the provision of responsive repairs and maintenance, together with voids servicing and some additional planned works. The existing contract is due to expire at the end of March 2021 and we have started the process of determining how to re-commission these services. As part of this process, we are looking to engage with the contractor market. It is anticipated that this will provide an opportunity for potential and existing suppliers to offer positive suggestions for the new contractual arrangements, whilst also enabling us to understand and promote interest in advance of the commencement of any procurement process. Moat is holding a market engagement session on 30.1.2020. If you are interested in attending this session, please express your interest by emailing procurement@moat.co.uk no later than midday on 22.1.2020. Please include MT079 - Responsive repairs and maintenance, market engagement event as the title of your e-mail. You must clearly state the name of your organisation and job title and contact details for the individuals who will be attending the market engagement and further details will be provided to you. Organisations are invited to propose no more than 3 delegates to attend the event.
