Northern Gas Networks require one single supplier to undertake a new build project of their Cannon Park depot located at Marsh Street, Cannon Park, Middlesborough TS1 5JH. The project will consist of construction of a new depot and fit out including office space/meeting rooms/kitchen and WC areas and all associated mechanical and electrical works including external works. Warehouse and office accommodation (2 floors) circa 11 000 sq ft, external area circa 220 000 sq ft. circa 1 300 000 GBP — 1 800 000 GBP.
