ITT: Ainley Salt Barn and Ancillary Works

Tender description

The project objectives for this commission are to: • Undertake works to construct the new Salt Barn with the Ainley Depot in readiness for 2020/2021 Winter Maintenance period (1st October 2020 - 30th April 2021). The works are, but not limited to: Site Clearance • Removal/recycling of existing concrete slab. • Isolation and removal of existing lighting columns. Salt Barn Building • All works in association with the design, supply, erection and commissioning of the new Salt Barn Building including all ancillary works including design and construction of;- retaining walls, foundations, concrete slab drainage connections, slot drain, ramped access, salt bund protection measures, above surface drainage, ducting, internal & external LED lighting and connections. We expect the value of this project to be within the region of £400,000 - £750,000.
