Tender description

Through this procurement process we are seeking to appoint a developer to develop our new head office building on land that we have acquired in a central Newcastle-upon-Tyne location. The developer will be expected to purchase the land, construct the building in accordance with the designs and requirements specified in the tender documents, and lease back to us the completed building via a 30 year lease agreement also included in the document.
