Fit-Out of Historic England's Bristol Office - Finzels Reach

Tender description

Historic England has taken out a 14 year lease for a 1st floor 6,000 sq. ft. open plan office space within the Finzels Reach complex within Temple Meads, Bristol. A design process has already been undertaken to develop a modern office space to accommodate staff from both Historic England and its sister organization "English Heritage Trust" to provide a space to support the work of both organisations in the Southwest region of England. This tender is for the "fit-out" of that design, which incorporates modern ways of working, in an environment that supports "welling-being" and "Neuro-diversity" within the work space.
