Tender description

The purpose of the market engagement event is to gather market intelligence from organisations that can deliver property maintenance and repairs services to Moat Homes Ltd and seek feedback on how to best structure any procurement to meet both the market’s capability and Moat’s requirements. This is an opportunity for suppliers to feedback to Moat Homes in an open forum and supplier participation is key. Moat currently has a contractual arrangement for the provision of responsive repairs and maintenance, together with voids servicing and some additional planned works. The existing contract is due to expire at the end of March 2021 and we have started the process of determining how to re-commission these services. As part of this process, we are looking to engage with the contractor market. It is anticipated that this will provide an opportunity for potential and existing suppliers to offer positive suggestions for the new contractual arrangements, whilst also enabling us to understand and promote interest in advance of the commencement of any procurement process.
