Tender description
Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd require a contractor to carry out repairs and rebuilds to solid fuel chimneys. 12nr in total, including relevant scaffolding as per the attached specification and schedule. Unitas will be appointing 1 contractor for the whole project. Rather than splitting into packages Please also consider that you must adhere to the attached 'SHEM' health and safety documentation. This is a 100% Price only tender. All relevant tabs to be fully priced. Any incomplete tenders may be deemed non-compliant. Accreditation Requirements: CSCS cards (or equivalent) Asbestos Awareness Face Fit Tested GAS SAFE Unitas withhold the right to disqualify tenderers that cannot provide all essential information at pre-contract / pre-start stage.
