Tender description

Partial demolition, material alterations and construction of single storey extensions to Houses 1 and 4, connection of the development to the public sewer and ancillary site works at Drumkeeren Holiday Homes, Drumkeeren, Co. Leitrim. The works will include the following: a) Partial demolition of two holiday houses. b) Extend and incorporate new rooms onto existing houses. c) Removal of part of existing roofs and construction of new roofs to houses. d) Provision of new perimeter footpaths to houses. e) The completed works shall be in compliance with the Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate for each building. f) Widening of the existing access road. g) Provision of new surface water and wastewater drainage for four houses and the outbuilding, including connection to the public sewer.
