The Council are seeking to procure a single integrated passenger transport system that improves the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the service provided by the Council’s Integrated Passenger Transport Group (IPTG). The system must be a web-based cloud solution using the supplier’s infrastructure.The system must provide functionality to support the following key areas of functionality: — demand-responsive transport booking and scheduling (DRT); — home to school and social care transport.
