Provision of urgent fire stopping works at Graham Court, Tewkesbury

Bromford invites quotations for the provision of fire stopping works to the communal areas of flats at Graham Court, Oldbury Court, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, GL20 5NZ. The works relate to a recent FRA and must be completed by Friday 22nd May. The following fire remedial works are required, which require FIRAS certification: - supply and fit loft hatch - access and survey first floor roof space and repair as required per FRA - adjust double doors by main entrance - make good breeches around cable entry/egress in reeception area - replace non fire rated wall mounted vent in chimney breasts - replace missing plaster in susupended ceiling - install fire rated insulation above suspended ceiling - fit fire collar to water pipes running above suspended ceiling - make good as requied Quotations required by Friday 1st May.
