Tender description

1. To carry out and environmental clean of the boiler room under fully controlled conditions. To vacuum and decontaminate. To encapsulate the walls where necessary if they cannot be cleaned to reoccupation standard. 2. To remove and dispose of the MMMF pipe insulation. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing. 3. To fully prepare for 4 stage clearance testing and the issue of a certificate of reoccupation.
