The corridor includes a mix of on-line and off-line improvements. Suitable routes for the off-line section of road improvement, comprising bypasses of the villages of Hickleton and Marr, are required to be identified. The Strategic Outline Business Case [SOBC] for the proposition as a whole is required. 2. To identify and evaluate options for a suitable route to link the proposed Trans Pennine Tunnel to the Humber Ports between the M1 and the M18/M180.
