Tender description

We’re wishing to procure our contractor/s for the provision of cladding replacement works for properties in the Hampshire area. We regularly procure services to ensure that high-quality services are obtained whilst demonstrating value for money for both us and its customers. The purpose of this tender is to ensure that we appoint a suitable supplier to undertake the contract outlined in this specification to support its services. We’re Hampshire’s largest provider of affordable homes with around 71 000 customers and 31 000 homes in the South East, mainly across Hampshire and Surrey. We have around 860 staff including our repairs team. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone.
