Tender description

The refurbishment of the large lecture theatre at the Henry Cotton Building, Liverpool John Moores University. The works to include stripping out of existing areas and disposal of materials off site including removal of a significant amount of mechanical and electrical installations. The proposed works include full refurbishment of the existing space, installation of floor, wall and ceiling finishes, lecture theatre seating, audio visual installations, acoustic installations, mechanical and electrical works, structural works all as detailed on the tender drawings, specification and in the schedule of works.
