Tender description

Tender required for voids, repairs and maintenance and out of hours repairs across the Railway Housing Association portfolio. The tender will be divided into 4 geographical work stream ‘lots’ with 2 suppliers required for each lot (each supplier only allowed to apply for a maximum 2 work stream lots). Railway Housing Association is seeking to appoint a number of contractors to provide responsive repairs, an emergency out of hours service and void works across its portfolio for a period of 5 years.
