Tender description

Aberdeen City Council is looking to re-tender for the provision and operation of a Bike Hire Scheme in Aberdeen. The bike hire scheme within Aberdeen will be at no financial cost to the Council. The scheme must be able to be deployed and operate effectively with minimum officer input and without the need for any capital or operational funding by Aberdeen City Council. The re-tender is likely to be published on Public Contract Scotland (PCS) in the next 2 – 6 weeks, however timings will be dependent on the Covid_19 situation as it unfolds.
