Strip out existing glazed external and internal entrance doors and screens to existing 4 no. entrance locations including: Re grading of external ground levels to form level access. Replacement/reinstatement of existing finishes in the area of the works. Provision of access control system. Replacement/reinstatement of existing electrical fittings in the vicinity of the works and which are affected by the works.
