Planned Maintenance Works to various domestic properties and communal areas in 30 wards within StroudDistrict Work-streams may include (but not be limited to) the following scope of work: Bathrooms, External Doors,Electrical, Heating, Kitchens, Windows, External Works, Roofing, External Walls, Communal Areas. Keywords: Stroud District Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to entering a single works contract with some design to provide planned works to homes and communal areas as per the following scope of work (but not be limited to): Bathrooms, External Doors, Electrical, Heating,Kitchens, Windows, External Works, Roofing, External Walls, Communal Areas. The contractor will be requiredto deliver all work types.
