Tender description
This project includes refurbishment works to 34 Nr Communal areas to various 6 Blocks (flat blocks) including the following; -Full decoration to ground floor and first floor communal areas and stairwell -Brick up coal bunkers -Refurbish flooring to ground floor, first floor, stairwell and steps We are advertising this tender with the intent to appoint a Principal Contractor as soon as restrictions on social isolation/distancing have been lifted. We are requesting for tenderers to hold prices submitted for six months from the submission deadline. If current restrictions have not been lifted within the six months, then Unitas reserve the right to retender the opportunity.’ Start on site/end on site dates are required to be flexible to take account of the current situation.
