Invitation to tender for the refurbishment of workshop and storage area to create two bed store rooms

Tender description

The project comprises the refurbishment of an existing workshop into one bed store and the subdivision of an existing storage area into the second bed store. As part of the works within the existing storage area, there will need to be an upgrade in specification for the Central Archive Store and the construction of a new charging room for cleaning equipment. Prior to the main works commencing there will be some enabling works to create alternative storage areas for the items currently stored within the workshop.
