Tender description

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission wishes to appoint a service provider to supply: (a) the design, installation and implementation of a Voice over Internet Protocol Telephony system incorporating unified communications; (b) the design and installation of an appropriate Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking infrastructure; (c) the necessary hardware and software to facilitate the successful implementation and operation of (a) and (b) above; (d) replacement handsets and headsets; (e) the training for IS Office and building services (knowledge transfer), private secretaries/multi-line users and general users (including members of the legislative assembly, party and support staff and secretariat staff); and (f) maintenance and support (including appropriate upgrades and patches).
