The works comprise various internal 'non-structural' works, to include 1) the strippingout of existing fixtures & features in connection with the previous use - i.e. 2 no.bedrooms at 4 floors & associated flooring/ decorations to common parts, 2) the isolation & stripping back of various existing services in connection with the location's previous use, 3) Internal fabric repairs & alterations including replacement or remedial works to selected joinery items, with full or partial internal redecoration to selected rooms/ buildings, 4) the erection of new internal features & fixtures in connection with the new use proposed 5) Internal and associated services works, to include electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and associated installations.
